This blog has been developed to record the development of a public art feasibility, that explores the possibility of a broad future celebration of the dynamic NW aerospace manufacturing industries. This has been prepared by Ian Banks of appointed collaborative consultants Atoll  working for commissioning body Lancashire County Council - see his initial vision presented at interview below:

Beyond this, any engagement of future potential creative partners will depend on a number of factors, including the views of  all core stakeholders (including the separate Task and Finish Group and Steering Group), the set brief, the cultural aims and objectives, and timescales and budget. As such, the existing stakeholders are:
